It is easy to plan and estimate for any of the Modern Machine Guarding systems.

If you have drawings and know what you want we can build to your specifications. Just send the drawings and we will respond with a price quotation. In some cases we will suggest minor modifications to adapt your plans to our standards and methods in order to keep cost to a minimum.

If you do not have drawings and would like us to provide a plan the process starts with a sketch of existing conditions and your ideas as to what is required. It can be almost anything…from a rough hand drawing to a computer model. If you have photos they can be helpful too.

Typically the sketch prompts a question or two regarding the project. For the example shown here the following questions came up:

Q. What height guard is desired?

A. 84”

Q. What is the size of the pipe noted in your sketch? How big an opening is required above 46”?

A. .75” outside diameter pipe; opening 45-47” above grade.

Q. How far out from the existing wall is the point where the pipe passes through the proposed perimeter?

A. 28”.

Our proposal will include specifications, pricing, delivery schedule and will highlight any details that may need special attention.

Upon receipt of Purchase Order we send detailed drawings for approval and lock in a shipping date.
