Post & Panel

The Post & Panel system is an economical design that relies on the panel itself to create structure.

  • A welded panel is bolted directly to a post...then another post… then another panel is attached, and so on
  • Compared to Frame & Panel system cost is reduced significantly by reduction in material and labor.  Yet the system is strong, easy to plan and easy to assemble.
  • The system is adaptable to almost any situation.

Simple design-Easy installation.

  • Typical installations use only three types of posts —Corner Post-Middle Post-End Post. Occasionally a 3-Way Post is called for.
  • Panels sit on slotted brackets at the bottom and bolt directly to the post at the top.
  • Angles are handled with special mounting tabs and brackets.
  • All panels arrive completely assembled—no cutting or fitting required.

Doors and Gates

Several types of doors are used in the Post & Panel system:

  1. Swing Door-Welded steel tube door jamb with welded door frame with welded panels that attach directly to the frame with M6 screws. Heavy duty steel hinges are 3 1/2 x 3 1/2 x .150 thick welded to jamb and frame and have removable pins. This door will fit tight and keep alignment even under heavy use.
  2. Sliding Door-Welded steel tube frame with roller tracks and rollers with hanger bolts. These can be single or double wide.
  3. Swing Gates-When the fence is too low for a header (under 84" height); or when a header would interfere with access (for loading with a forklift, for example); the header is omitted and the door is refered to as a gate or Total Access.
  4. Sliding Gates-Allow total access by using heavy duty drawer slides to carry the load.
